Blaine Nye, Ph.D., is President of Stanford Consulting Group Inc. Dr. Nye has provided expert testimony in securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, business valuation, general damages, insurance economics, antitrust litigation and other areas. He has testified as an expert financial economist at trials in federal and state courts across the U.S., including New York, California, Texas, and other states. Before founding SCG in 1981, Dr. Nye played professional football for the Dallas Cowboys.
